Omni Workspace, LLC
Omni Workspace, LLC (including affiliates A&M Business Interior Services and Emerald City Moving and Storage) is a privately held business services company providing turnkey solutions to clients for the acquisition, disposition and management of commercial interior furnishings and related equipment. Omni is headquartered in Minnesota with operations in Washington, Arizona and Wisconsin. Omni operates as a joint venture partner with Target Commercial Interiors (TCI), which is one of the nation’s largest Steelcase dealers and a subsidiary of Target Corporation. Clients of Omni include many of the largest corporates located in Omni’s geographic markets.
On June 1, 2015, Omni formed a holding company to acquire TCI from Target Corporation. As of that date, TCI and Omni are jointly owned by the holding company, which in turn is owned by members of both companies’ management teams and a few outside investors, including Helms Capital.
Pursuit Vascular, LLC
Pursuit Vascular, LLC is a Minnesota-based, privately held business engaged in the development of innovative catheter infection reduction technologies and products. Its primary products are marketed under the trade name ClearGuardTM and comprise a family of single-use catheter accessories that protect patients from life threatening infections arising from long term catheter and port use while providing substantial savings to current alternatives in the health care system. These products are currently sold in Europe with regulatory approval in the U.S. pending.
Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.
Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is an agricultural cooperative, headquartered in Boston and operating throughout the world. With revenues in excess of $2 billion, the company produces branded and non-branded juice, beverage and food products. Helms serves as an "advisor" to the cooperative, which is a comparable role to an outside director position. Generally, Helms will not serve as a board member for a company in which he does not have a significant investment; however, Ocean Spray's status as a cooperative, and its grower (all of whom are family or privately held farms) ownership and the resulting long term focus and management objectives, provide a unique board level opportunity and professional experience.
Man Cave Craft Meats, LLC
Man Cave Craft Meats, LLC is a privately held, Minnesota based company pioneering the craft meat movement across the world. Man Cave’s mission is to have the highest consumer satisfaction of any food brand due to unrivaled quality and flavor.

Massman Automation Designs, LLC
Massman Automation Design, LLC (including affiliates Massman Talon, Sabel Engineering, Massman PSA and Massman Pase Group) is a privately held, Minnesota-based company providing advanced automated packaging systems for case packing, palletizing, flexible pouch packaging, microwave popcorn packaging, product placers, cartonizing, liquid-fill packaging, robotics and other custom designed packaging equipment.
Talenti Gelato, LLC.
Talenti Gelato, LLC is a privately held, Minnesota-based consumer products company with manufacturing operations in Georgia. The Company produces and distributes the world’s premier (largest, best and favorite) gelato. Talenti sells product primarily through the nation’s largest food retailers in pint-sized containers as well as through a small foodservice offering. Talenti's gross revenues in 2014 will be approximately $150 million.
AGA Medical Holdings, Inc.
AGA Medical Holdings, Inc. was a Minnesota-based company (NASDAQ: AGAM) and leader in developing interventional devises for the minimally invasive treatment of cardiovascular defects and peripheral vascular disease. Through GAH, Helms advised AGA and its CEO, Frank Gougeon, on its recapitalization through which Welsch, Carson, Anderson & Stowe acquired a substantial equity position. Subsequently, after AGA completed its IPO, Helms joined the AGA board of directors. AGA was sold to St. Jude Medical (NYSE: STJ) in late 2010 for $1.3 billion.
Applebee's International, Inc.
Applebee’s International, Inc. was a Kansas City-based company (NASDAQU: APPB) operating or franchising more than 1,900 casual dining restaurants. Helms joined the APPB board of directors in 1993 when its market capitalization was approximately $250 million. Over 14 years, Helms served on the Audit, Compensation, Governance & Nominating Committees and finally co-chair of the Special Committee addressing issues raised by activist shareholder, Richard Breeden, and the eventual sale of the company in 2007 to Dine Equity, Inc. (NYSE: DIN) for $2.1 billion.
Luigino's, Inc.
Luigino’s Inc., the predecessor company to Bellesio Foods, was one of North America's largest manufacturers and distributors of frozen single-serve entrees and meals, sold primarily under the Michelina’s brand. The Company also produces private label frozen products for a number of the nation's largest retailers. Founded by Jeno Paulucci, the company was a privately held business that quickly grew to become one of the leading frozen food companies in the country. Helms served on the Luigino’s board of directors when the company had publicly issued and traded bonds, and he subsequently (through GAH and LMM) represented the company and the Paulucci family in the 2011 sale of the company to Centre Partners.
